Please unzip the distributed ZIP package into an arbitrary folder and double-click on the executable file, or create a shortcut icon on the desktop. That's ordinarily all you have to do to run the programs except two of them, SuperCon 2000 and ShadeMagic, that require ActiveX controls to be installed in advance.
Depending on the Windows environment, you may have to copy Visual Basic (VB) runtime driver "msvbvm50.dll", as an administrator when prompted by Windows, to the following folder:

VB runtime driver is included in the distributed ZIP package of each program.
SuperCon 2000 and ShadeMagic require ActiveX controls to be installed for all versions of Windows. Download Comocx.zip and unzip it into an arbitrary folder.
Step 1 Move "comctl32.ocx" to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder. When you asked you will need to provide administrator permission, click on the Continue button.
Step 2 Swipe in from the left edge of the screen or click in the lower-right or upper-right corners of the screen to open the Charms bar, select "Search" and search for "command prompt" or "cmd". Right-click on the Command Prompt and select "Run as administrator" (below left). Alternatively, press [Win]+[W] key to open the quick access menu, and choose "Command Prompt (Admin)" (below right).
Step 3 Type "regsvr32 c:\windows\syswow64\comctl32.ocx" in the command prompt window as displayed below, and press the return key.
Step 1 Move "comctl32.ocx" to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder. When you asked you will need to provide administrator permission, click on the Continue button.
Step 2 Click on the Windows Start button in the lower-left corner and proceed as follows: All Programs > Accessories. Right-click on the Command Prompt and select "Run as administrator"
Step 3 Type the strings below in the command prompt window and press the return key.
